:Hilton MaltaPortomasoSt. JuliansPTM 01 Food and Drinks Departmental Administrator A Full-Time vacancy has arisen for the position of Food and Drinks Departmental Administrator. Duties include: Assisting in the creation of daily, weekly, monthly reporting as required The upkeep and maintenance of F&D IT systems & applications Addressing and resolving administrative issues promptly and effectively Maintaining accurate records of employee hours, overtime and any other relevant payroll information Attending F&D meetings and sharing information as required and where necessary doing follow ups The Festive season reservations co-ordination by maintaining, handling and coordinating all aspects of the restaurant and event reservations and as well liaising with guests, internal departments and external vendors to facilitate seamless reservation processes Assisting in the administration of F&D related projects and F&D marketing as required F&D team training co-ordination and administration We are looking for a candidate who: Is organised and accurate Has a good knowledge of computer systems and is fluent in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Has good knowledge of the F&D operation Is fluent in both written and spoken English Is willing to work flexible shifts patterns as would be necessary to support the F&D Operation from an administrative perspective
