As a substitute paraprofessional, your responsibilities may include: Providing instructional reinforcement for individual students or small groups Assisting the teacher with classroom management and supervision Helping with administrative tasks like setting up equipment and preparing materials Supervising students in various settings such as the cafeteria, schoolyard, hallways, and during field trips Attending to the physical, personal, academic, and emotional needs of students Supporting students with special needs by following their IEPs/504 Plans Carrying out additional duties as directed by the classroom teacher and school administration This position offers competitive pay ranging from $13 to $22 per hour.
