Responsibilities: We are looking for a passionate Utility/Bus Washer/Fueler to play a vital role in preparing our fleet for optimal service. Your commitment to maintaining our vehicles will ensure safety and efficiency. Fuel all vehicles and top off necessary fluids. Ensure readiness for service at various times throughout the day. Thoroughly clean vehicle interiors according to contract specifications. Document all fleet damages and communicate necessary information to relevant personnel, especially in cases of unreported damage. Qualifications: We seek candidates who possess the following: High School diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends. Must be 21 years or older with a clean driving record. Starting Pay Rate: $19 - $20/hour Benefits: Healthcare Benefits: PPO Medical, HSA options, Prescription, Dental, Vision (for spouse and dependent children), Telemedicine, FSA, Life, AD&D, Group Accident, LTD, STD, EAP, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, and Substance Abuse Professionals programming. Retirement Benefits: 401k Paid Time Off: 1.54 hours bi-weekly accrual for 6 months to year 3, capped at 40 hours yearly. Paid Holidays: 8 holidays per year. Sick Leave: More generous paid sick leave at 1 hour per 30 hours worked for all full-time employees. Additional Compensation: $1,000 driver referral bonus (split between training completion and probationary period) and $1,000 mechanic referral bonus.
