We're looking for an experienced and driven Restaurant General Manager to join the leadership team at a top-tier resort in Virginia . Compensation: $ 110,000- $ 125,000 (commensurate with experience) + Comprehensive health benefits, employee discounts, EAP program, PTO and Holidays, 401k w/ 6% match and more! Relocation assistance will be provided.
Requirements : Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and maintaining food quality standards while ensuring exceptional guest experiences Develop and implement strategic business plans to increase revenue, control costs, and maximize profitability while meeting financial targets Recruit, train, and mentor service and kitchen staff to build a high-performing team capable of delivering outstanding customer service Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations while maintaining detailed documentation and addressing any operational issues promptly Responsibilities : Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of improving operations and profitability Strong leadership abilities with exceptional team-building, communication, and conflict resolution skills Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations, inventory control systems, and restaurant technology platforms Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience If you are interested in learning more about this exciting opportunity please send an updated resume to Kristin Page, Kristin@horizonhospitality.com .
