This position offers a motivated junior associate the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial lending transactions within a highly respected and growing practice. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in a wide range of commercial lending transactions, with a primary focus on syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance deals.

Draft and negotiate complex financing documents with precision and expertise.

Manage various aspects of transactions from inception to closing, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners, contributing to strategic solutions for a diverse client base.

Candidate Profile Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an an accredited law school.

Two to three (2-3) years of experience in a law firm transactional practice, specifically within commercial lending.

Working knowledge of syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions is required.

Admission to the North Carolina State Bar is preferred .
