*Suburban Testing Labs*, an award-winning leader in environmental testing, is looking for a motivated *Field Technician (Field Services Associate) *to join our team *part-time *in State College, PA. The selected candidate will transport and collect environmental samples that support compliance and decision-making. You’ll follow daily routes using our mobile scheduling tools, using a company provided vehicle and equipment.

*What You’ll Do*

* Gather and prepare equipment, supplies, and documentation before starting the daily schedule; * Pick up water samples at client sites and adhere to scheduled timelines; * Complete documentation accurately and timely; * Coordinate with team members to meet deadlines efficiently; * Represent Suburban Testing Labs professionally when interacting with clients and co-workers; * Perform basic maintenance on vehicles, equipment, and instruments; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of your vehicle, workspaces, and equipment; * Keep track of supplies for your assigned sample pickups.

Requirements:*What Makes You a Great Fit*

* High School Diploma or equivalent; * Prior professional driving experience preferred but no required; * Valid driver’s license + acceptable driving record; * Ability to safely and confidently navigate company vehicle to different locations daily; * Works well both on your own and as part of a team; * Friendly, approachable, and committed to excellent customer service; * Comfortable using basic technology like Microsoft Office, iOS, and email.

*Your Schedule and The Fine Print*

* This is a *part-time day-shift* position, 3–4 days per week (*20–28 hours*), including *three full 8-hour shifts weekly*; * Ability to spend extended periods of time driving and sitting in a company vehicle; * Ability to safely lift and carry items up to 50 lbs; * Frequent standing, kneeling, and sitting throughout the workday.
