We are looking for a Field Service Technician to provide outstanding maintenance and support for Canon products, ensuring compliance with service standards.
Your Impact
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Reporting product failure trends and serviceability issues to your manager with detailed documentation.
Delivering efficient and accurate maintenance services to meet customer needs.
Maintaining all technical documentation, Field Service Reports, and Canon property assigned.
Exhibiting strong communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensuring the optimal performance of assigned machines.
Supporting branch/district goals by contributing to metric targets.
About You: Skills & Expertise
This is a customer-facing role, requiring adherence to customer policies, including potential COVID-19 vaccination requirements. Do you meet these criteria?
High School diploma or equivalent experience.
Basic understanding of internet environments and successful completion of the 120-day introductory period and the PDIF new-hire class.
Willingness to travel (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required).
Ability to acquire necessary security clearances for customer site access.
Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and be active over 50% of the time (walking, standing, stooping, kneeling).
Compensation for this role ranges from $19.00 to $26.31 per hour and includes a transportation allowance.
