Salary Range: $55,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Perform on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues in the field. Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime. Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures. Document service activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately and promptly using company systems. Adhere strictly to safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies during all field operations. Manage service parts inventory and specialized tooling required for field assignments. Recommended Qualifications Strong electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing industrial control systems, including PLCs. 3+ years of experience in field service or maintenance of manufacturing equipment. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability and willingness to travel extensively to customer sites. Associate's degree or technical certification in a relevant engineering discipline. Bonus Qualifications Multilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, German) Experience with advanced diagnostic tools (e.g., thermal imaging, vibration analysis) Basic welding or fabrication skills for minor on-site repairs Proficiency in CAD software for reviewing schematics and layouts Certifications in specific manufacturing methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
