Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will visit customers' homes, troubleshoot issues, and introduce them to smart home technologies. Install and maintain DISH equipment and smart home products. Educate customers on using their devices and suggest additional services as needed. Keep your workspace clean and maintain professionalism while working independently, yet connected with your team. What You Need: Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Flexibility in scheduling; willingness to travel and work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. Physical Abilities: Ability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft). Capacity to lift up to 70 lbs. Must meet and maintain a weight limit of 335 lbs.
