In This Role, You Will: Manage a designated sales route with weekly store visits, handling orders, credits, overstock, and product rotation Build critical relationships with store personnel, serving as the face of the company while communicating promotions Work independently with stores to recommend assortment improvements and present new growth opportunities Ensure excellent customer relations through consistent communication and collaboration with internal support teams Requirements The Ideal Candidate Will Bring: High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's/Bachelor's in Business preferred) 1+ year of direct retail/management experience with store managers, or 3-5 years in retail, sales, or account management (food sales a plus) Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills Highly self-motivated and disciplined, with strong problem-solving abilities and Microsoft Office fluency Flexible and willing to travel daily across a multi-state route, including 1-3 overnights per week
