Renewal by Andersen was created to deliver a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead our Events & Retail Marketing program in the Northern Indiana market. In this role, youll oversee strategy, execution, and team leadership for consumer-facing marketing initiatives including home shows, trade shows, retail activations, and community events. Youll be responsible for building and coaching a team of Brand Ambassadors who generate leads, create memorable customer experiences, and represent the Renewal by Andersen brand in the field.

What Youll Do

Develop and execute event & retail marketing strategies that drive qualified lead generation and brand awareness. Recruit, coach, and inspire a team of Brand Ambassadors and Field Supervisors to deliver outstanding consumer engagement. Partner with the Director of Events to identify and secure new event opportunities in the region. Set performance goals, analyze results, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and lead conversion. Provide hands-on leadership in the field by attending events, modeling best practices, and delivering real-time coaching. Manage budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective event execution. Facilitate ongoing training programs to strengthen team performance and consumer interactions. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing leadership to align on company goals and reporting.

What Were Looking For

35 years of experience in field marketing, experiential marketing, event management, or consumer engagement programs. Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse personalities. Proven ability to manage budgets and analyze campaign performance. Flexible schedule to support events (including evenings and weekends). Valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
