We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to help lead our fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both front-of-house operations and team development.

As the right hand to the General Manager, you’ll be expected to lead by example — serving guests, bartending when needed, and inspiring our team to deliver consistent 5-star service.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Support

- Act as a floor leader during peak shifts by taking tables and supporting team members in real time

- Motivate, coach, and hold staff accountable to deliver exceptional guest experiences

- Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and retention

- Set a positive tone and foster a team-oriented culture focused on communication, service, and respect

Team Development

- Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring new team members

- Help develop staff through hands-on coaching and clear performance expectations

- Support a culture of ongoing learning and growth

Communication & Accountability

- Maintain daily communication with the General Manager regarding operations, staffing, and

performance

- Communicate clearly and respectfully with both front and back-of-house teams

- Help ensure all operational tasks are executed smoothly and efficiently

Operational Excellence

- Uphold our standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest service

- Maintain a working knowledge of POS systems, table service flow, and bar operations

- Monitor shift flow to ensure proper pacing, staffing, and guest satisfaction

- Assist with inventory, ordering, and scheduling as needed

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in full-service restaurants, with a strong background in both bartending and serving

- Proven leadership ability in high-volume, fast-paced environments

- Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills

- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities

- Guest-first mindset with a drive to earn consistent 5-star reviews

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Must be hands-on and lead by example

Pay: $43,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Shift: * 10 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Morning shift

Shift availability: * Day Shift (Preferred) * Night Shift (Preferred)
