Working alongside the Boutique Leadership Team, you will contribute to achieving sales goals while maintaining high brand standards and a visually appealing boutique. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Boutique Leadership Team to execute company initiatives Foster a positive and enjoyable work environment as an active team player Uphold integrity and professionalism in all interactions Engage with guests on the sales floor, in fitting rooms, and at the cash wrap to ensure a memorable shopping experience Assist in maintaining an inspiring boutique atmosphere through effective visual merchandising, including stocking and organizing products Adhere to all company operations policies, ensuring a clean and efficient environment in all areas of the boutique Participate in inventory processes to protect the boutique's physical assets Physical Requirements: Ability to navigate the sales floor and stockroom efficiently, including bending, standing for extended periods, and occasional lifting of up to 35 lbs.
