We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Line/Prep Cook to support our kitchen operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and takes pride in quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
Wash, chop, portion, and label ingredients according to kitchen prep lists and daily needs.
Assist with basic cooking tasks (e.g., boiling, grilling, frying) and assemble simple menu items as directed.
Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation. Follow all food safety protocols and ensure ingredients are stored properly.
Receive deliveries, rotate stock, and alert the Kitchen Manager of low inventory or quality issues.
Safely operate and clean kitchen tools and equipment. Perform basic upkeep as needed.
Communicate clearly with fellow cooks and kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly.
Pitch in wherever needed-including dish washing or deep cleaning during slower prep periods.
Check prep items and finished dishes for consistency, quality, and presentation.
Prioritize tasks to ensure all prep work is completed promptly for service.
Provide excellent customer service while handling and serving meals
Support general kitchen operations and other assigned duties as required
Requirements
Requirements: Prior kitchen/ culinary experience (prep or line cook preferred)
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow recipes
Familiarity with basic kitchen tools and food safety standards
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Positive, self-started, team-oriented attitude
Safe serve Food Handling Certification
Good communication and writing skills
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Able to follow directions and works well under pressure
