Support attorneys and executives with estate planning, trust administration, and related legal matters
Prepare and organize legal documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related filings
Coordinate with CPAs, wealth advisors, and external legal counsel
Maintain highly confidential records and ensure legal compliance
Provide administrative support and manage legal communications
Assist with corporate governance and documentation as needed
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in wills, trusts, and estates law
Strong background in trust and estate planning, probate, and legal document preparation
Experience working in a law firm or private trust environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, discreet, and detail-oriented
Familiarity with high-net-worth or international estate structures is a plus
