We are looking for a highly performing Family Law Attorney to join our team and contribute to our firm's continued success.
*What You Will Be Doing*
As a Family Law Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-tier legal counsel and courtroom advocacy while ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
*Senior Family Law Attorney (6+ years); Associate Family Law (3-5 years)*
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Represent clients in family law litigation, including hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
* Develop and execute effective case strategies in high-stakes legal matters
* Conduct consultations with potential clients, providing legal insights and clarity
* Manage a diverse caseload while ensuring compliance with deadlines and court requirements
* Oversee legal research, discovery, pleadings, motions, and trial preparation
* Effectively communicate with clients, providing timely updates and legal guidance
* Mentor and collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure high-quality case management
* Participate in firm-wide case meetings and strategic planning discussions
This position is ideal for attorneys who excel in litigation and value both advocacy and client relationships.
*Staff Attorney (1-3 years) *
You'll support litigation teams with research, drafting, and legal analysis while gaining hands-on experience in family law.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct legal research and analyze case law and statutes in family law matters
* Draft motions, pleadings, discovery responses, and parenting plans under attorney supervision
* Review financial disclosures, parenting assessments, and other case documents
* Assist in preparing cases for hearings, mediations, and trials
* Attend court proceedings and client meetings as needed
* Maintain case files and support internal document management using Dropbox
* Stay current on changes to family law procedures, rules, and case trends
* Help educate paralegals and staff on legal timelines and court processes

*Who We're Looking For*
We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated attorney with:
Colorado Bar Licensure (active & in good standing)
1+ years of Family Law experience in Colorado
Bilingual (Spanish/English) - preferred
Strong courtroom and litigation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & legal case management software
Ability to manage high-volume caseloads & meet deadlines
