Shift Leaders provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out a “whatever it takes” attitude to ensure customers receive a clean, dry, and shiny car, at a clean facility, with great customer service, every time, while also assisting in the every-day tasks that come with leadership.

*Responsibilities:*

- Greet every customer at our pay terminals with a SMILE

- Maintain the condition of the property ensuring it is clean, inviting, and safe

- Providing a safe work environment by following all safety policies

- Assisting customers with a SMILE and friendly service

- Strategize with your team on how you will reach or exceed company goals

- Be informed of all products and packages we offer to our customers

- Communicate effectively with your location employees and manager

- Ensure the safety of the customers' vehicles and equipment by checking every vehicle prior to wash entry

- Process customer vehicles through the wash using proper guide on procedures

- Perform cash handling procedures correctly at open and/or close

- Delegate tasks while following proper company procedures

- Assist the General Manager with any tasks that are needed

- Can stay on your feet all day long while hot, cold, or wet

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
