Provide emotional support to patients and their families, educating them about conditions, and the steps towards recovery. Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patient behavior and condition. Coordinate and monitor multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring all are handled efficiently without compromising care quality. Facilitate group therapy sessions and provide individual counseling as required. Manage patient documentation carefully and comply with all legal and professional standards.
