Stay updated on product knowledge and current promotions through AutoZone systems. Assist with the installation of wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs as needed. Utilize OBDII to read codes from customers' vehicles and diagnose automotive issues. Communicate effectively with management regarding customer concerns and team matters. Engage in ongoing development of customer service skills and product knowledge. Provide honest and reliable advice to customers about products that meet their needs. Position Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. Basic knowledge of automotive parts is essential. Strong communication and decision-making skills.
