Above Deck Pizzeria Server Breakfast Server Banquet Server Resort Host Duties and Responsibilities: Take food and beverage orders from the guest Obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments, returning the change Set tables in accordance to the guest and provide assistance with their concerns Serve food and beverage to the guest as per the course of order Observes guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses in a timely, friendly manner Any other duties as assigned Requirements Requires the ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely, accurate manner Must be organized, personable, and enthusiastic Must possess a high regard for customer service Must be at least 18 years old with at least 2year experience Ability to work a flexible schedule
