**Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards. - Set up and stock stations with necessary ingredients and equipment. - Ensure timely and efficient execution of dishes during service. - Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations. - Assist with inventory checks, food storage, and proper rotation of ingredients. - Collaborate with kitchen team to maintain smooth operations and high service standards. - Adapt to special requests, dietary restrictions, or menu changes as needed. - Contribute ideas for menu development or specials (optional).
