Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Line Cook/Prep to join the team at our Las Vegas Durango Casino location. The ideal candidate is experienced, organized, reliable & has a great attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
Prepare food up to company standards efficiently
Create and execute prep lists in a timely manner
Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary
Follow all food safety regulations
Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
Inventory
Stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
Arrive to shifts on time
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role
ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification
Excellent time management skills
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up  to 40 pounds
Must be able to provide at least 1 professional reference
*Bilingual is a plus *FOH experience is a plus Generous tips ($3.50-$4 per hour)
