Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Line Cook/Prep to join the team at our Las Vegas Durango Casino location. The ideal candidate is experienced, organized, reliable & has a great attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
• Prepare food up to company standards efficiently
• Create and execute prep lists in a timely manner
• Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary
• Follow all food safety regulations
• Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
• Inventory
• Stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
• Arrive to shifts on time

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• ServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
• Must be able to provide at least 1 professional reference
