We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team at our new location with all updated equipment and shop. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and be proficient in various automotive repair tasks. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure they operate efficiently and safely. Top pay- and three-day weekends for the right experience. The Automotive Technician will work with both gasoline and diesel engines, utilizing their expertise in powertrain systems, electrical systems, and schematics to deliver high-quality service.

*Duties* * Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in vehicles, including powertrain and automotive electrical systems. * Perform repairs on various automotive components, ensuring adherence to safety standards and manufacturer specifications. * Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. * Utilize schematics to understand vehicle systems and effectively align components during repairs. * Repair diesel engines as needed, applying specialized knowledge of diesel mechanics. * Weld components when necessary to ensure structural integrity of vehicle parts. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to all safety protocols. * Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure timely completion of repairs.

*Requirements* * Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic with a strong understanding of automotive repair processes. * Proficiency in diagnosing issues related to powertrain systems and automotive electrical systems. * Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively for troubleshooting purposes. * Experience with diesel engine repair is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to align, maintain, and repair various vehicle systems. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Valid driver's license is required; additional certifications are a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
