*What You'll Be Doing:*
* Managing a highly dynamic calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements (domestic/international) * Monitoring and responding to high-volume emails with tact and speed * Writing and editing professional communications, donor letters, reports, and internal updates * Booking accommodations, handling logistics, coordinating with vendors, and managing events * Liaising with stakeholders, contractors, VIPs, and internal departments
Translating voice memos and scattered requests into organized, actionable to-do lists
* Problem-solving under pressure and adjusting plans on the fly * Maintaining confidential information with extreme discretion * Assisting with the management of ongoing projects, including facilities or construction logistics
*What We're Looking For:*
* *5+ years supporting a C-level executive* in a demanding, fast-paced environment * Strong experience managing inboxes, calendars, travel, and multi-threaded priorities * Strong written and verbal communication skills—able to represent the Founder with clarity and polish * Proven ability to juggle urgent tasks, shifting timelines, and confidential material * Self-starter who anticipates needs and works proactively with minimal direction and excellent follow-through * Tech-savvy with proficiency in Apple OS, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, DocuSign, and similar tools; fast learner on new platforms * Willing and able to travel infrequently at a short notice * Valid driver's license and full-time, on-site availability * A *love of dogs*, and comfort working in a unique, animal-filled environment
