Base pay range $43.33/hr - $43.33/hr Title: Executive Events and Marketing Coordinator Duration: 6 months Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders and the sales team to understand the goals and desired outcomes of each meeting. Serve as the primary logistics contact for sales, providing timely updates on agendas, discussion leaders, and prep materials. Coordinate and schedule internal discussion leaders and executives, resolving any conflicts as needed. Act as liaison across all partner teams, including Workplace Services (Culinary, AV, Facilities). Manage all experiential logistics such as catering and customer pre-registration. Requirements 3–4 years of experience in executive programs, events, hospitality, or administrative support. Strong attention to detail with proven ability to flawlessly execute projects and logistics. Exceptional communication skills when engaging with executives and stakeholders. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects. Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with shifting priorities.
