About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director to lead its nonprofit organization, which is dedicated to providing a positive ballroom dance experience that fosters character, social skills, and a sense of community in youth and adults. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall strategic and operational management of the organization, including program excellence, financial sustainability, and expansion of services. The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Trustees, staff, volunteers, and external partners to ensure the mission is effectively carried out and to enhance the organization's brand and reach.

Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should be thoroughly committed to its mission and possess a Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of nonprofit management experience. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in fundraising, marketing, and program evaluation, as well as the ability to set and achieve strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be adept at working with diverse groups, and have a strong background in leadership, coaching, and team management. Experience in nonprofit governance, best practices, and a background in social and emotional learning, conflict resolution, and diversity training are also essential.
