You will:
• Serve as a strategic partner to Gravie's CEO team, managing complex calendars, preparing materials for high-level meetings, and aligning priorities across departments.
• Anticipate executive needs and act with a high degree of independence, judgment, and discretion to keep operations running smoothly.
• Handle high-level communications and information flow on behalf of executives; draft correspondence, manage sensitive materials, and make decisions aligned with leadership priorities.
• Lead planning and logistics for executive team meetings, ensuring agendas, materials, and follow-up actions are managed seamlessly.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting with efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate lunches and team social outings as needed.
• Own and maintain organization systems such as contract filing and project tracking, enabling quick access to critical data.
• Manage select projects on behalf of executives-ensuring timelines, ownership, and results are clear and well-executed.
• Often coordinate lunches for the executives, social outings, etc.
• Exercise a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and emotional intelligence in all aspects of the role.
• Assist with other projects as assigned.
• Demonstrate commitment to Gravie's values: authentic, curious, creative, empathetic, and outcome-oriented.
You bring:
• Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders
• Proven ability to make sound decisions, prioritize effectively, and manage confidential information with discretion
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work with evolving priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Mastery of calendar, travel, and meeting management for executive-level leaders
• Tech-savvy-proficient with MacOS, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and comfortable learning new tools quickly
• A calm, professional presence and ability to represent Gravie's leadership with confidence and clarity
Extra credit:
• Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment
• Experience in healthcare industry
• Experience coordinating Board of Directors or investor-facing communications
