Become the Physical Therapist Assistant You Aspire to Be Utilize your knowledge and experience to make a positive impact daily: Deliver exceptional physical therapy care in line with regulations and professional standards. Carry out delegated physical therapy assistant responsibilities under supervision, supporting our patients' rehabilitation. Foster open communication across departments to address the needs of patients and staff effectively. Qualifications State licensure or certification is required. CPR certification preferred, based on hospital policy. Completion of an accredited physical therapy program is preferred. Proven proficiency in physical therapy treatment methods. Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and caregivers.
