As a Retail Sales Consultant , you’ll represent top-tier brands in the telecommunications industry in a retail setting, assist customers with product knowledge and purchases, and help generate new customer accounts. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow within a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in a retail environment to promote products and services

Answer customer questions, provide solutions, and close sales

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of brand offerings and promotions

Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals

Attend ongoing training sessions to build product and sales knowledge

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)

1+ year of customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and goal-driven

Reliable transportation and punctuality
