We are seeking a friendly and compassionate Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team. As an Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid conditions, and other hormone-related issues. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients while working alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Job Type: Full-Time; 5 days a week Location: Massachusetts and Connecticut Travel Requirement: 100% Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive healthcare services and coordinate patient care Assess and treat patients with endocrinology diseases and conditions Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals Assess, diagnose, and treat residents' physical and mental well-being Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations Order and interpret diagnostic tests Develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans Prescribe medication and administer treatments Provide counseling to residents and their families Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for seamless coordination of care Manage chronic conditions and monitor progress Make appropriate adjustments to care plans Commitment to person-centered care Create a safe and nurturing environment for elderly residents in the nursing home Requirements: 6 months experience in long-term care DEA License Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License Must hold a Master's Degree in Nursing Completed degree from an accredited program A year of experience in Endocrinology Preferred experience in Documenting EMR (Sigma, Visual, PCC, etc.) Benefits: Health Vision 401K Company Sponsored Life Insurance CME Reimbursement and PTO Paid Time Off Malpractice Insurance Salary: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year EEO/AAP Statement: Infinite Medical P.C is an equal-opportunity employer.
