EMT - Emergency Medical Technician at John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County

Position: EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) Location: John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital, Chicago, IL Duration: 13-week assignment Shift: Full-time, 5x8-hour shifts (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm), every other weekend required Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities: Provide emergency care and transport for patients. Assist in patient assessment, stabilization, and life-saving interventions. Float to different Cook County Health facilities as needed. Document patient care and collaborate with medical teams.

Requirements: Valid EMT Certification and ACLS Certification . No holiday RTO ; must work during holidays. Must float between facilities and work rotating weekends.
