The Ideal Candidate:
You are a seasoned ECVC partner with a strong footprint in the emerging companies and venture capital space. You’ve built trusted relationships with founders, fast-growth companies, and institutional investors, and you’re looking for a platform that can match your ambition and expand your reach. You bring a portable book of business in excess of $5 million , and you’re ready to leverage a top-tier brand, premier client base, and unmatched national resources.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as trusted counsel to startups and scale-ups throughout their lifecycle — from formation to exit. Advise top-tier venture capital firms and strategic investors on financings and investments. Lead and manage complex venture financings, M&A, and growth transactions. Collaborate with a highly integrated national ECVC team and cross-practice experts. Continue to grow your practice with the support of business development resources and a tech-forward legal platform.

Requirements:
JD from a top-tier law school; active membership in the California Bar (or eligibility to waive in). At least 10 years of experience advising high-growth companies and/or venture capital funds. A portable book of business valued at $5M or more is required. Strong client service orientation, leadership skills, and a collaborative mindset.
