Exceptional Wellness Counseling (EWC) is a therapist-owned mental health practice committed to supporting clinicians' well-being and professional growth. We seek an NJ-licensed EMDR Mental Health Therapist to join our team either part-time or full-time with flexible scheduling options. This role includes delivering individual and group therapy, treatment planning, client advocacy, and collaborating with community resources.

Responsibilities:

Provide trauma-informed individual therapy (EMDR preferred) Optional group therapy facilitation Develop and update treatment plans Prepare clients for treatment completion Coordinate with external agencies and advocate for clients Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with clinical standards Compensation: Salaried: LSW/LAC/LAMFT $65,000-$70,000 LCSW/LPC/LMFT $72,000-$80,000+ Up to $5,000 performance bonus annually

Fee-for-Service: LSW/LAC/LAMFT $53-$55 per session LCSW/LPC/LMFT $67-$69 per session
