This position, reporting to the TWDC Store E-Commerce Manager, focuses on supporting the core operations of product fulfillment and distribution. As a key contributor on the warehouse floor, you will take a lead role in ordering, processing, receiving, allocating, and fulfilling orders. Accuracy is vital in selecting and packing items according to order specifications, and effective communication with vendors is essential. We seek a candidate with significant warehouse experience, a dedication to accuracy and safety, and a strong team spirit. Responsibilities: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for timely shipment.

Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).

Basic Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a warehouse, preferably in a retail or fulfillment environment.

Familiarity with inventory tracking systems and proficiency in basic computer skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.

Physical ability to lift and move packages up to 40lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications: Some college education (Associate's or Bachelor's degree).

The hiring range for this position in California is $51,000.00 to $66,000.00 per year based on a standard 40-hour week, with potential variations based on business needs. Compensation will also consider internal equity along with the candidate's geographic region, relevant experience, and skill set.
