Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service through selling behaviors rooted in our values and product knowledge. Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering their needs, sharing product information, demonstrating products, and making personalized recommendations. Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out. Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant. Assist with visual presentation, marketing placement, and other tasks as needed. Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and associates. Consistently provide the most safe, clean, and engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations. Maintain our values, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. Demonstrated sales and customer experience results. Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly. Ability to de-escalate customer situations effectively. Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.
