Starting pay ranges from $14.10 to $18.35 per hour, reflecting your skills and experience. Key Responsibilities: Prepare the autopheresis machine and donor area for the pheresis process. Monitor the donor during the pheresis process, responding promptly to any alarms or signals. Safely disconnect donors upon completion of the process. Stay vigilant for any donor reactions and communicate effectively with staff. Utilize a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) to meticulously record incidents, machine alerts, and donor data. Maintain confidentiality of all donor and personnel information. Keep the work environment clean and ensure adequate supplies are available. Contribute to a safe workplace by adhering to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) and OSHA policies. Participate in cross-training opportunities to enhance your skill set. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent is required. At least three months of work experience, preferably in a medical or health-related environment. Basic math skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions are essential. Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and the need for physical activity.
