Join Our Team! We are seeking dedicated individuals to support our plasma collection efforts as a Donor Support Technician. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and efficient pheresis process for our donors. Your contributions will help save lives and make a difference in the community! Key Responsibilities: Prepare donors and equipment for the pheresis process. Monitor the donor and the pheresis process, responding to alarms and signals. Safely disconnect donors at the completion of the process and ensure their well-being. Record key incidents and maintain accurate donor data using a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA). Communicate donor flow issues to the Group Leader or Supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring sufficient supplies are available. Adhere to all Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) and OSHA policies, promoting safety in all actions. Maintain confidentiality of personnel and donor information. Possibly cross-train in additional areas to meet business needs. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of three (3) months' experience in a medical or health-related environment or a relevant combination of education and experience. Basic math skills are required. Bilingual skills may be required based on business needs. Why Work With Us?
