Dispensary General Manager - Newburgh

Job Responsibilities:
Create and enforce dispensary SOPs, develop scheduling and zoning charts based on operational needs.
Submit weekly payroll and determine time off approvals.
Address customer escalations and report feedback.
Perform store opening and closing procedures, including inventory management and ATM cash refill.
Accept product transfers and ensure excellent guest service.
Analyze sales trends, develop plans to maximize sales, and train staff to ensure compliance with SOPs.
Engage and motivate team members, ensuring compliance with the Office of Cannabis Management policies.
Conduct dispensary audits, assist in inspections, and manage inventory and cash procedures.
Partner with brand management for training and ensure proper inventory management.
Maintain a clean, organized dispensary and foster a positive work environment.
Manage daily operations, resolve escalations, and prepare reports for management.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations and stay informed on legal regulations.
Evaluate performance issues, report staffing needs, and enforce store policies.
Handle customer orders, ensure product accuracy, and provide problem resolution.
Maintain physical ability to perform duties, with open availability especially during high-volume periods.
Assist with general store tasks and other duties as assigned.
