DISHWASHER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Washes and sanitizes all dishes, pots, pans and food preparation equipment. Puts all clean dishes, pots and utensils in appropriate places. Empties kitchen garbage/trash and sanitizes containers as needed. Sweeps and mops kitchen floor, refrigerator, freezer and storeroom as assigned. Assists in stocking and receiving inventory. C.A.R.E. Qualifications High School Diploma required Knowledge in maintaining and cleaning commercial dishwasher preferred Ability to lift heavy objects and push carts Must share responsibilities with other utility employees and act as a team player Must be able to read, write and follow written directions
