Essential Functions:

• Washes all dishware, flatware, and equipment using dishwashers and by hand.
• Ensures kitchen workstations remain spotless, clean, and sanitized.
• Properly stores all dishes, kitchenware, and equipment.
• Empties and removes trash and breakdown of boxes.
• Follows health and safety guidelines.
