Clean designated areas in the kitchen and dining rooms. Properly dispose of all garbage from the dining room. Comply with all sanitation, ServSafe, and safety requirements. Follow procedures for sanitation, food preparation, and safe food handling in assigned areas. Adhere to safety procedures for lifting, bending, and other tasks to prevent injury. Demonstrate knowledge of fire safety procedures and assist in evacuating residents in case of an emergency. Collaborate with staff from other departments to perform job duties. Adapt to changes in responsibilities, be receptive to new methods, and flexible in completing assignments.
