WHAT YOU DO:
Clean and organize all surfaces, equipment, plates, glassware, and stations within the restaurant.
Routinely check that all sinks, dishes, or glasswashers are properly functioning. Reporting directly to the culinary manager and general manager Maintain cleanliness and sanitation at all times  WHO YOU ARE:
