Dishwasher Job Description:
Winghaven Country Club is looking for a dishwasher with an upbeat positive attitude that likes to have fun but understands work must get done Aswell. You will receive one free meal every shift and work in fun but fast paced and well-organized Environment. You must have attention to detail and a go getter attitude. Responsibilities of a Dishwasher: • Arrives to work on time, in uniform, ready for their shift. • Make yourself aware of any parties going on during your work week. • Make sure all dish chemicals are not empty and are attached properly. • Check bus tubs for dirty dishes. • Scrape food from dishes and wash them either by hand or by loading them into a
machine. • Clean pots, pans and other items used in food preparation. • Restocking clean items in their proper location so they are ready for reuse. • Soak, wash, and organize silverware for serving staff. • Keep kitchen surfaces and appliances clean. • Emptying trash containers regularly and clean them when necessary. • Check daily production list. • Complete daily cleaning tasks. • Clean all equipment used after your task so its clean for the next person. • Ensure that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards
and regulations. • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers. • Empty dish machine water at end of shift. • Clean food filters on dish machine • Scrub and wipe down station at the end of shift. • Sweep and mop dish station, prep area, and walk in cooler at end of shift.
