What You'll Do Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils. Keep kitchen spaces organized, stocked, and running smoothly. Assist with general cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal. Support the culinary team by restocking supplies and, when needed, assisting with basic prep. Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment in line with health standards. What We're Looking For A dependable team player who enjoys working in a high-energy environment. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while staying positive. Willingness to learn and grow in a professional kitchen. Flexibility for daytime shifts in our Tasting Room and weekend shifts for weddings and private events.
