Key Responsibilities: Thoroughly wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, ensuring a clean kitchen environment. Assist in maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness by sanitizing equipment, workstations, and dining areas. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to create a safe and healthy work environment. Dispose of waste responsibly and recycle materials as necessary. Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, ensuring a top-notch customer service experience. Perform additional tasks as directed to support kitchen operations. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in food service or kitchen roles is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team. Maintain a positive demeanor and communicate effectively with residents and colleagues. Compliance with current COVID-19 vaccination policies. Must be able to lift/carry up to 30 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, and work on your feet for extensive periods. Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification is required based on State / County law. Must be able to perform routine tasks consistently.
