POSITION SUMMARY
As the Director of Sales, you will serve as one of the strategic leader for Core Venture’s StretchLab brand in Connecticut. This pivotal role demands a blend of strategic insight and tactical execution within the fitness or retail landscapes, with a strong emphasis on driving revenue, implementing effective sales processes and strategies, enhancing member experiences, and managing high-performance teams. You will play a crucial role in the growth of the StretchLab Connecticut brand, working closely with Area Sales leaders and club managers to boost revenue, improve member/client experiences, and elevate community awareness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and manage sales operations for 12+ StretchLab locations.
Set and achieve key performance indicators for club performance, predicting and meeting revenue and service performance expectations.
Collaborate with Marketing to develop targeted sales and marketing initiatives.
Oversee profitability across all clubs, working directly with General and Fitness Managers.
Hire, train, and manage Area Directors, General Managers (GMs) and Fitness Managers (FMs), ensuring clubs meet sales and KPI targets.
Analyze sales performance to determine effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of club presentation.
Review sales and expense reports to maximize club profitability and provide strategic feedback.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs for all staff levels.
Identify growth opportunities and market insights to influence future strategies.
Create and utilize member feedback tools to drive improvements.
Monitor the competitive landscape of the industry and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in the fitness industry or related retail management, with a proven track record in revenue growth, culture building, and enhancing the customer’s experience.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and managing high-performing teams.
Moderate financial acumen, experienced in budget management and revenue enhancement.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with an innovative approach to operational challenges.
Customer-centric focus, prioritizing member satisfaction and service quality.
Adaptability and resilience, with effective change management skills.

Compensation & Benefits:
$85,000 - $100,000 base pay + $50,000+ in incentives
