Overview : We are expanding and seeking a passionate, driven Luxury Director of Retail Sales to lead our luxury retail locations across the US. We currently have 16 stores in the USA with 10 additional locations to be open by year-end. As a key leader, you will be responsible for upholding our Brand's philosophy and values, ensuring exceptional store performance, and delivering an outstanding client experience. Key Responsibilities : Brand Ambassador : Represent our Brand's values in all interactions with local markets, store teams, and clients. Business Leadership : Develop and implement plans to drive sales, manage expenses, and meet targets. Client Experience : Lead by example to ensure top-tier client satisfaction at all locations. Team Development : Mentor and motivate store leaders, fostering growth through succession planning and internal development. Operational Management : Oversee staff and ensure that all store operations run smoothly and according to guidelines. Store Structure : Enhance store structures by promoting collaboration among Retail Operations, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Communication teams. Business Development : Identify growth opportunities and ensure consistent communication and strategy implementation across stores. Positive Work Environment : Cultivate a trusting, hard-working, and team-oriented workplace culture. Requirements : Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Experience : 10+ years in Retail Operations and 5+ years in a Director or Regional Sales role. Proven experience in luxury, fashion, hospitality, or high-end retail. Leadership : Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical Skills : Ability to interpret sales performance data and make strategic recommendations. Market Knowledge : Deep understanding of luxury market trends and customer preferences. Travel : Willing to travel up to 20% of the time. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Salesforce. Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Skills : Mindset : Proactive, curious, and a team player with a continuous improvement mindset. Client Experience : Commitment to excellence in client experience, placing the client above all, and delivering exceptional service.
