This is a great opportunity for an experienced, motivated individual to join a rapidly growing agency!

General oversight of patient care and effective management of utilization of services. Coordination of agency functions. Oversee/supervise team of clinical and non-clinical staff including full-time & PRN RNs, LPNs, PTs, OTs, and Home Health Aides

Job Requirements Progressive clinical and management experience in a home health setting strongly preferred. Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years in a MEDICARE CERTIFIED home health agency setting required. Extensive knowledge and understanding of federal/state laws and guidelines pertaining to Home health and Medicare. High level management skills needed to be successful in the role as a leader to include conflict management, negotiation, team building, communication and coaching/mentoring others.
