Over 3 years in food and beverage management Understanding of national food and health safety regulations Food handling license Exhibits strong leadership and customer service skills Extensive knowledge of the current culinary landscape and understanding of standard portion and plating standards Work with our culinary team to create new menus with the correct pricing structure Handle the flow of product, supplies, and labor costs Train and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure high levels of performance and hire new team members Evaluate and regularly report on guest satisfaction and advise on improvements Create and maintain staff operation schedules
